Description

Sun-X has over 40 years experience in supplying and installing solar films, safety films, security films, ultraviolet filter films, privacy films, manifestation films and traditional blinds. These help to control solar gain, glare and heat loss, and provide safety and security in case of breakage. We work to British and European standards including BS6206 and BSEN12600, which applies to safety films for terrorist bomb blast protection.

We are looking for a Junior Surveyor to join our our small, friendly & distinguished company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Initially, accompany principal surveyor on site visits, upskilling to eventually take on solo visits
• Measuring windows for window film (including identifying glazing types), blinds, curtains etc.
• Provide sales assistance - dealing with enquiries, preparing quotations
• Filtering through tender documents & architectural drawings to provide job estimates
• Potential to explore marketing functions
