Job Title: Commercial Site Supervisor

Location: Read, Burnley

Salary: £20-£22 per hour (Door-to-Door)

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities

As Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will work for Vital Heating Solutions, overseeing all commercial projects.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Supervising all employees and subcontractors on commercial projects
• Creating and maintaining detailed diary schedules for each project
• Be the authoritative lead on all commercial jobs and coordinate with the Managing Director to ensure all preparations are in place. 
• Communicating directly with the office manager regarding logistic staffing and material requirements
• Inspection documentation and sign off of all deliveries 

Essential Requirements:

• Proven previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the commercial mechanical sector.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (Site Supervisor/Manager Safety Training Scheme)
• Valid First Aid training certification
• CSCS card holder (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• Health & Safety training – desirable but not essential
• Valid DBS certification (Disclosure and Barring Service) required before start date
