Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Buckley, for an experienced Facade Draughtsperson. We would also consider hybrid working conditions for the right candidate. The Draughtsperson will collaborate with design teams to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for roofing and cladding projects. Daily responsibilities include creating plans, ensuring compliance with client requirements, assisting in project design development, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring timely submissions of technical documents to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools for creating technical drawings
• Strong understanding of cladding, roofing, and building envelope systems
• Attention to detail with skills in drafting, detailing, and adhering to technical specifications
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with project teams and clients
• Ability to analyze requirements and provide solutions within project deadlines
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar Draughtsperson or design-focused role is highly beneficial
• HND/HNC in Civil Engineering, Architectural Design, or a related field
