Job Title: Painting Supervisor/ Contracts Manager

Location: London, SW1W 

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 PA DOE

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

JGL Finishes is growing, and looking for an experienced Paint Contracts Supervisor to join the team. If you’ve got a strong commercial painting background and enjoy leading teams, managing projects, and delivering top-tier results—this could be the role for you.

Job Description: 

• Overseeing daily operations across multiple sites
• Managing painting & decorating projects from start to finish
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating site teams
• Carrying out quality checks and preparing for audits
• Acting as the key link between clients, site teams, and management
• Supporting occasional out-of-hours works when needed (between 5-10 times per year- bonus incentive)

The right candidate will have:

1. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Painting & Decorating- (non negotiable)
2. SSSTS (essential) | SMSTS (desirable)
3. Full UK driving licence (required)
4. 10 years commercial painting experience (required)
