A privately owned award winning House Builder is actively seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build Housing project based in the South Lincolnshire/Peterborough area. The job is a traditional build and up to 50 units.

You will be responsible for the running of the job in accordance with program and budget and achieving CML's, with a direct and sub contract labour force underneath you, supported by a highly experienced Contracts Manager.

The company behind the vacancy is a privately owed Contractot, wins both LABC & NHDC awards, builds 300 units a year and offers local, stable work - the business is not seeking to expand, it is happy with 300 units a year - which is a rarity in the industry.

A good option for an experienced Site Manager to work for a stable builder.
