£55,000 - £60,000 Plus package (Car or allowance)

TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of a Midlands based Mechanical contractor operating across the wider Midlands. This contractor has been established for over 10 years, delivering a high standard service to major contractors.

Due to an increase in workload and project wins, this well-established Mechanical contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the business to bolster its operational team. Areas of operation include education, commercial, accommodation and Industrial, installing Pipework, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Underfloor Heating and Water treatment. Managing multiple sites (up to 3) of values ranging from hundreds of thousands to low millions on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Site Based Project Manager managing up to 3 sites
• Establish successful working relationships with site managers
• Establish relationship with main contractor
• Manage Project Delivery
• Monthly progress reports

The Person

• Experience in Mechanical Project Management
• On the tools experience (Mechanical)
• Good IT skills
• Organised and professional
• Good communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
