Site Manager – Construction (School Environment)

Location: Melksham | Contract: Permanent Position |

Salary: Negotiated

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction works within the education, commercial and Industrial sectors. You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Duties:

• Manage on-site construction activities
• Ensure strict H&S, CDM, and safeguarding compliance
• Supervise contractors and site operatives
• Coordinate works around school / client operations
• Maintain site security and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven Site Manager experience
• Experience in schools or occupied sites preferred
• SMSTS & First Aid
• Strong H&S knowledge
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
