## Joinery Estimator

### About the Role
We are seeking an experienced **Joinery Estimator** to join our growing team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong commercial awareness and a background in bespoke joinery or fit-out projects.
You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a range of joinery projects, working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful tender submissions.
### Key Responsibilities
* Preparing detailed cost estimates for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects* Interpreting drawings, specifications, and tender documents* Producing take-offs and pricing materials, labour, and subcontractors* Liaising with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations* Working closely with project managers and production teams* Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost savings* Assisting with tender submissions and contract negotiations
### Requirements
* Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator or similar role* Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery, materials, and manufacturing processes* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings* Excellent numerical, organisational, and communication skills* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel* Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines
