Site Manager – fit out project healthcare - Dunstable – office in Nottingham - £60,000 Salary

Your New Role
As Site Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of a Siemens clean room healthcare laboratory fit-out in Dunstable. This is a permanent position, requiring full-time presence on site (Monday–Friday). You’ll be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and driving the project to successful completion.

What You Need to Succeed

• SMSTS certification
  
• CSCS Black Card
  
• NVQ Level 6
  
• Proven experience in clean room or healthcare projects
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
