Job title: Town Planner

A brilliant opportunity has opened for a Town Planner to join a growing team with an independent consultancy in the Cheltenham region.

With a mix of home working and office working my client is looking for candidates who have completed a MSc within Town Planning along with private sector and public sector experience. My client focuses on a wide range of projects from care, residential, commercial, rural and strategic land.

Your role will consist of the following:-

• Delivering an excellent service to clients
• Processing planning applications within a time frame
• Producing reports and recommendations
• Preparing evidence on appeals
• Proving support and guidance to peers and junior members of the team
• Be able to work independently with land owners, developers, listing buildings
