An Interim Site Manager Job based in Birmingham until March 2026

Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will take ownership of refurbishment projects, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll manage all aspects of site operations, from planning and programming to resource allocation and compliance monitoring. Your role will involve liaising with clients, residents, and subcontractors, maintaining robust administrative systems, and driving projects to successful completion within budget and timescales.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for an experienced professional with:

• Proven track record in supervising refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and company procedures.
• Ability to plan, organise, and manage resources effectively.
• Technical knowledge to monitor compliance with design and quality standards.
• Commercial awareness to keep operations within budget.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate teams.

Qualifications:

• CSCS Supervisory Card
• CITB SMSTS
• CISRS - Scaffold Safety Inspection
• First Aid & Fire Warden certification
• Asbestos Awareness
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CIOB Chartered Status (or working towards)
• Knowledge of COSHH, risk assessments, and method statements
