Senior Estimator Electrical
Package: up to £70,000+ base salary + annual performance bonus
Location: Sidcup - covering the city
Client Base: Existing clients provided looking to develop current business and grow new leads

Overview:

Strong background in electrical installations (commercial/industrial preferred)

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong electrical installation background to manage contracts, lead estimating activities, and drive business development across our commercial and industrial portfolio. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can combine technical expertise with commercial acumen and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage electrical installation contracts from tender through completionPrepare accurate estimates, quotations, and costings for new and ongoing projectsMaintain and grow an existing client base, securing repeat business and identifying new opportunitiesLead sales presentations, technical discussions, and tender submissionsOversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulationsCollaborate with internal teams to support operational deliveryTrack KPIs, margins, and pipeline performance

Requirements:

Strong background in electrical installations (commercial/industrial preferred) strong electrical installation knowledge / backgroundExperience as a Contracts Manager and/or EstimatorProven track record in business development or technical salesExcellent communication and client-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines
