The Role
As a Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning consultancy services across a wide range of development projects. You’ll work closely with senior team members while also taking on increasing levels of responsibility and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing planning applications, appeals, and planning statements

• Undertaking research, site appraisals, and policy analysis

• Supporting the delivery of planning strategies and development advice

• Liaising with clients, local authorities, and external consultants

• Preparing documents for submission and attending meetings where required

• Contributing to project delivery across multiple sectors

About You
The ideal Town Planner will bring initiative, professionalism, and a genuine enthusiasm for planning.

Requirements:

• RTPI-accredited Town Planning degree or master’s

• Relevant experience within a consultancy or local authority environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good understanding of the UK planning system

• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects

• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
