Are you a driven and detail-oriented Town Planner looking to take the next step in your career? We're working with a well-established and respected consultancy in the Hampshire area that's looking to expand its planning team with a talented professional like you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking planning consultancy that works across a broad range of residential, commercial, and rural projects. You'll play a key role in delivering expert planning advice, managing applications, and liaising with stakeholders from both the private and public sectors.

As a Town Planner, you will:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of planning applications and appeals

• Provide strategic advice to clients on planning and development potential

• Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies

• Liaise with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders

• Keep up to date with planning legislation and policy changes

We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and ready to make an impact. Ideally, you'll have:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred)

• MRTPI status or working towards full chartered membership

• Experience in a planning role (public or private sector considered)

• Strong communication and report-writing skills

• A proactive and professional approach with the ability to manage deadlines

• Work on varied and interesting projects
