Regional contractor that specialise in fit out, refurbishment, construction & maintenance. They work with several blue-chip clients and main contractors along with various government agencies, and housing associations nationally.

Responsibilities of an Estimator

• Produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for refurbishment projects.
• Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations.
• Source new products and suppliers as needed.
• Contribute to building systems that streamline processes.

Requirements for an Estimator

• Experience within Estimating
• Relevant construction related degree or qualification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
