SurveyorLondonQUALIFIED (MRICS/FRICS) VALUATION SURVEYOR ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Due to the continued expansion of our team, we are seeking an additional experienced, qualified MRICS/FRICS Valuation Surveyor (minimum 2 years PQE).
Depending on experience, this role may be offered at Associate or Senior Associate level.
The successful Surveyor will join our busy, thriving valuation practice (secured lending clients) and dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential valuations with individual property values typically ranging from £500,000 to £50,000,000.
Surveyor - Key Skills & Experience

• Exceptional client communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently whilst also contributing effectively within a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Solid technical knowledge and in-depth experience of valuing, primarily:
• Retail
• Industrial
• Office
• Development
• Residential property within London and the surrounding counties.
• Experience in other disciplines would be an advantage, but is not essential.
