Project Manager Berkshire

Position: Project Manager
Salary: £60,000–£75,000 + Benefits
Location: Berkshire & Oxford

We are currently working with a well-established contractor on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value refurbishment and new build projects across the commercial, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.
Projects typically range from £2 million to £5 million, and the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering schemes from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and commercial performance.

About the Role:
This is a key position within a growing regional team, offering the chance to work in technically complex environments and contribute to the delivery of turnkey solutions for high-profile clients. You’ll be supported by a multidisciplinary team and work closely with senior leadership to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the full lifecycle of refurbishment and new build projectsManage design coordination, site delivery, and client relationshipsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specificationTake ownership of commercial performance and reportingSupport business development through client engagement and networkingMentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience delivering construction projects in commercial contracting
• Strong understanding of sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, and industrial property
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and contracts
• Comfortable working on both small and large-scale projects

Salary & Benefits
