Position: Site Manager
Salary: £55,000–£65,000 + Benefits

They are offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a successful team & deliver a high-profile scheme on the south coast. About the RoleAs Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for day-to-day site operations on a high-profile new-build scheme valued at circa £15 million. You’ll be working as part of a dedicated team focused on managing internal packages, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate closely with the Project Manager and wider team to maintain quality and performance throughout the build.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all site activities and manage subcontractorsEnsure compliance with health & safety regulationsMonitor progress against programme and budgetMaintain strong communication with clients and stakeholdersDrive quality standards and resolve site issues promptly.Support team development and foster a positive site culture
