Site Manager – Industrial Fluids / Manufacturing Support
Location: Customer site, Gloucester
Salary: £32,000 + Annual Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (37 hours per week)

A well-established global industrial solutions company is seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Manager to lead fluid management operations at a major customer site in Gloucester. This position will suit an adaptable, self-motivated individual with experience in mechanical, chemical, or production environments.

• Oversee and coordinate on-site fluid management activities and personnel

• Allocate daily tasks and ensure service standards are met

• Carry out lubricant and fluid changes in line with maintenance plans

• Perform regular coolant and wash system cleanouts

• Monitor fluid and equipment conditions and record data using internal systems

• Manage fluid waste and ensure safe, compliant disposal

• Maintain strong on-site customer relationships and support operational discussions

• Follow all safety procedures and 5S standards

• Practical experience within mechanical, chemical, or production settings

• Confident in a hands-on role with minimal supervision

• Flexible, organised, and proactive in problem-solving
