The Role

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of construction projects, working closely with the commercial and pre-construction teams. You'll play a key role in helping the business secure new work, contributing to its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate costings

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop value-engineered solutions

• Support the bid and tender process from initial enquiry through to contract award

About You

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction or civil engineering sector

• Strong understanding of pricing, tendering, and procurement processes

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

• Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Proficient in estimating software and MS Office applications
