Project Manager – Marine Civil Engineering

Stirling / Oban (Hybrid + Travel)

£60,000–£65,000 + Excellent Benefits

We’re hiring a Project Manager to help launch and lead a brand-new marine civil engineering function within a well-established marine group.

This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, lead project delivery, and grow the utilisation of a modern vessel fleet — all while staying close to the action.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of marine/water infrastructure projects

• Manage bids, budgets, and multi-site operations

• Work closely with vessels, ops teams, and international colleagues

• Build lasting client relationships and project partnerships

• Drive the development of a brand-new in-house capability

What You’ll Bring:

• 8–10 years’ post-grad experience in civil engineering

• Strong background in marine, reservoir or water-related projects

• Proven project management across the full lifecycle

• Proactive, collaborative, and ready to lead

• Based in (or can travel to) Stirling or Oban
