Project Manager - Hotel Build | Reading

We’re recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large hotel construction project in Reading. This is a contract role, ideal for someone confident leading complex builds with a strong technical understanding of external envelope and structural packages.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of a new-build hotel project from structural works through to completion.
• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs safely, to programme, and within budget.
• Oversee major external packages – groundworks, structural steel, façades, windows, and roofing.
• Coordinate subcontractors and drive progress in line with project milestones.
• Report directly to the Contracts Manager and work closely with the wider delivery team.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial or hospitality projects.
• Strong technical background in steel frame structures and external envelope packages.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required.
