If you are an ambitious Site Manager keen to work on a challenging cut & carve scheme in central London with a business offering exciting career progression then read on. Salary £70,000 - £85,000 + bens.

Our client is deeply admired in the London construction market, is busier than ever, and is in a position to offer you a no1 SM role.

This £100m business works with the best clients and architects in the business on a wide range of schemes in the £5m - £40m bracket. They have a varied portfolio with particular experience in complicated cut and carve and CAT A / CAT B but they are not restricted to this. The thread that connects them is discerning clients, a requirement for design and engineering excellence, and a project team that is dedicated to delivering the highest quality.

This is an important position, you will have broad responsibilities, including some pre construction involvement for a whole scheme from start to finish. The project is in W1 and includes complicated structural alterations as well as a very nice CAT B fit out.

They are looking for an ambitious manager who has the attitude and capability to progress into a PM role and beyond. There will be competition for the openings coming up but if you have the talent and dedication then this is an awesome opportunity to progress quickly. What they need:

A site manager with a track record of helping to deliver D&B (ideally 2 stage) schemes

Experience of cut and carve and fit out projects in city centre locations would be ideal
