Project Manager | Structural Steel Fabrication & Installation

Location: Leeds (projects across Yorkshire & the North)

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE + Vehicle/Allowance + Benefits

The Opportunity

Join a well-established steel fabrication and engineering specialist delivering high-quality structural steel projects across the infrastructure, highways, bridges, marine, and construction sectors.

You’ll take ownership of projects from award to completion, working closely with in-house design, fabrication, and site teams to ensure successful delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage structural steel projects through design, fabrication, and installation.
• Lead client meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with all HSEQ and quality standards.

✅ About You

• Proven experience managing structural steel or fabrication projects.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Confident managing multiple live projects.
• Full UK driving licence; travel across Yorkshire required.
• HNC/HND or Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
