Manchester (Hybrid working with UK-wide site visits)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a respected construction consultancy, leading multiple, volume projects from inception through to completion. This is a fast paced role focused on planning, budgeting, and delivery — ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle of multiple projects, carefully coordinating your own workload, contractors, and clients while ensuring compliance with ISO and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and site visits.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.

About You

• Proven experience delivering construction projects across all stages.
• Background in consultancy or client-side project management.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of ISO and quality compliance standards.
