Project Manager

Location: Office Based in East Midlands

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects that enhance operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and support business scalability.

From new product implementations to process redesigns and internal transformation initiatives, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion - ensuring every outcome delivers measurable value.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role that requires strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and directly with customers to translate business needs into successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of business-critical projects that make a real difference.
• Define clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics — and make sure everyone is aligned.
• Collaborate with teams across the business (and directly with customers) to bring clarity, focus, and momentum.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk registers.
• Run engaging project sessions — from kick-offs and stand-ups to retrospectives and reviews.
• Report progress and insights clearly to senior leadership, keeping communication sharp and transparent.
• Coordinate people and priorities to keep projects moving forward.
• Drive adoption and ensure smooth handovers post-delivery.
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in project or delivery management within business operations, SaaS, or service-led environments.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects that create measurable business value.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills — you’re just as comfortable leading meetings as you are working hands-on.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results, KPIs, and ROI.
• Organised, proactive, and always one step ahead.
• Skilled in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Jira, or similar).
• Familiar with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• A project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM) is a bonus, not a barrier.
