Description

We are seeking a hardworking, driven, and highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in new builds, full refurbishments, extensions, and loft conversions.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Act as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor where needed.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and M&E consultants.
• Oversee resource planning, materials procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Interpret and work from architectural and structural drawings.
• Ensure all Health & Safety standards are implemented and maintained on site.
• Lead site teams effectively, setting goals and ensuring high performance.
• Conduct regular site meetings and complete accurate project valuations.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain professional and productive communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector (new builds essential).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of drawings and technical plans.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• great computer skills.
• Valid UK driving licence (for site visits – fuel allowance provided).
