Your new role

As Site Manager, you'll take charge of a busy residential site with a particular focus on roofing, scaffolding, and solar installations. You'll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and driving the project forward to meet deadlines and quality standards. This is a contract role starting immediately and running until March, with the potential for extension.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing residential construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of roofing, scaffolding, and solar systems.
• Valid CISRS Scaffolding Card.
• Certifications in SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness.
• A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
