Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager located in London. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Daily tasks include coordinating project schedules, managing logistics, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

· Bsc (Hons) Construction Management.

· Worked previously for leading construction companies

· 10 years + in the industry

· Stable working history (minimum 3 years per company)

· Experience with Healthcare and Education projects

· Experience of refurbishment and new build.

· Experience of projects from a £1m to £10m

· Our projects are in London and within the M25

· All Certificates are current.

Package:

Salary 70k -80k (Based on experience)
