Project Manager – Financial Services | £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits | Glasgow (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing financial services business and play a key role in delivering complex, high-impact projects.

You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, time, and budget — while supporting teams and stakeholders to build project capability and drive successful outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage resources effectively
• Manage project changes, risks, and dependencies using best-practice frameworks
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, third parties, and vendors
• Produce clear project documentation and performance reports
• Support continuous improvement and project governance standards

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience managing complex projects within Financial Services or a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, and delivery frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Analytical, organised, and solutions-focused approach
• Relevant Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, Agile, or similar)
