The Opportunity

Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering projects that drive the company’s growth and strategic objectives. You will ensure each project is completed on time, within scope and budget, and that all business-critical initiatives are delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with project owners to define clear objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business goals.
• Overseeing project resources, timelines, risks, and scope to maintain smooth execution.
• Inspiring and influencing teams across the business to deliver results.
• Continuously improving and adhering to the New Product Development process.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering multiple complex projects in the manufacturing or engineering sector. You will thrive in fast-paced environments, drive projects forward with focus and impact, and be capable of building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
