The Role

We're seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead cross-functional agile teams through complex technical projects that combine web development, 3D visualization, and e-commerce integration. You'll be responsible for delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor agile development teams (typically 4-8 members) through sprint cycles
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture that values innovation and quality
• Serve as the primary point of contact between development teams and stakeholders (clients, internal leadership, creative directors)
• Manage expectations through clear communication about timelines, scope, risks, and trade-offs
• Maintain sufficient technical understanding of web development, 3D technologies, and e-commerce systems to make informed decisions
• Facilitate technical discussions between developers and stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills

• Ideally 2 years of software project management experience in agile environments
• Experience managing projects involving web technologies and at least basic familiarity with 3D development (Unity, Unreal, Babylon.js, Three.js, or similar)
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum practices and frameworks
• Proficiency with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, or similar)
