Project Manager – Furniture - Commercial Projects

Location: London

Contract Type: Permanent


A leading commercial interiors and furniture specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex workplace and hospitality projects from concept through completion.


The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and organiser, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate suppliers, and ensure all installations are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of furniture and fit-out projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, and suppliers to coordinate logistics, approvals, and programme requirements.
  • Oversee site installations, snagging, and handovers, maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, cost tracking, and reporting.
  • Support the wider operations team in achieving commercial and sustainability objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM and project records, ensuring accuracy and transparency throughout.
  • Champion best practice, process improvement, and sustainability within every stage of delivery.


Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience managing commercial furniture or FF&E projects within workplace, education, or hospitality environments.
  • Strong technical and logistical understanding of furniture specifications, delivery, and installation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Competent in Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • A “hands-on” approach, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
