Role Overview:

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 250-unit Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development. The successful candidate will oversee the project from inception to completion, ensuring high standards, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing medium-to-large scale residential projects, preferably PBSA or mixed-use schemes.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction processes, planning, and regulations.
• Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with contract administration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
