• £35,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
• London-Based with UK Travel (Hybrid Flexibility)

About the Role

Opensourced is supporting a leading security solutions provider in hiring a Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager to help deliver integrated electronic security projects across a variety of sectors, including finance, healthcare, education, and retail.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management skills in a hands-on, client-facing role. You’ll be involved in planning, coordinating, and delivering installations of CCTV, access control, and enterprise-level security systems, learning directly from senior project leaders while managing your own smaller projects or workstreams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the planning, scheduling, and delivery of security projects
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Managing smaller projects independently or supporting senior managers on larger programmes
• Maintaining project documentation, timelines, and progress reports
• Assisting with procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Conducting site visits and inspections to track progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Learning how to identify project risks and support mitigation planning
• Assisting with client communication and providing regular project updates

Core Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of project management experience within security, construction, or related fields
• Relevant Project Management qualification (Prince2, APM, or working towards)
• Basic understanding of electronic security systems (CCTV, access control) or willingness to learn quickly
• Good working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, or similar project tools
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop technical and commercial knowledge
