The company is seeking a site-based Project Manager to oversee the planning, delivery, and operational aspects of construction projects. Reporting to the Project Leader, this role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated site team, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing...

The Project Manager will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth delivery and strong team performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the site team and fostering a positive, high-performing culture
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and their professional teams
• Managing project planning, reporting, and progress tracking using tools such as 4P, R-Drive, Multivista, M-Site, and Asta Power Project
• Chairing internal meetings, producing reports, and maintaining accurate site documentation
• Supporting social value initiatives and ensuring adherence to quality systems and standard operating procedures
• Coordinating design changes and liaising with stakeholders including building control, clerk of works, and survey teams
• Driving continuous improvement and promoting the company’s values across the team
