An exciting Real Estate Agency with A LOT of work on large frameworks across the UK is looking for a Planner to join their team in Leeds.


THE HEADLINES:


Title: Planner

Experience required: 2 Year (Minimum)

Salary: Up to £40,000

Location: Leeds City Centre

Type of Company: Leading Real Estate Agency

Hybrid working: Yes (3 days in office/2 days wfh)


WHO ARE THEY?


Our client has a well-established name and works with a diverse range of clients, including developers, investors, governmental departments, and local authorities across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.


WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:


Ideally, you will hold a Geography or Planning related Degree/Masters, with at least 2 year of experience in the public or private sector, whether in a consultancy, developer or local authority (Development Management) Planning team. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a good knowledge of the UK Planning system/legislation is essential.
