Job Title: Town Planner

Location: South London

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Part time may be considered)

We’re looking for a Town Planner to help shape sustainable, inclusive, and well-designed places across the UK. From housing and infrastructure to green spaces and regeneration — you’ll make a real impact on local communities.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals
• Engage with local authorities, clients, and the public
• Conduct site appraisals and policy research
• Advise on planning policy and development potential
• Support senior planners on major or strategic projects

What you’ll bring:

• RTPI-accredited degree (or working toward Chartership)
• Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and process
• Excellent report writing, communication, and negotiation skills
• A proactive, collaborative mindset
