Site Manager - Alideck Installation Project (Norfolk)
Job Type: ContractHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30Location: NorfolkRate: Negotiable (dependant on experience & qualifications)
LRL are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a specialist commercial apartment project in Norfolk. This role involves managing the removal of old balconies and decking and the installation of new Alideck systems.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in a project that demands technical expertise and strong site management skills.
As Site Manager, your role will include:
Overseeing the safe removal of old balconies and decking.
Managing the installation of Alideck decking systems.
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitoring health & safety compliance at all times.
Ensuring the project is delivered to high quality standards, on time and within scope.
Candidates should have:
SMSTS certification (essential).
First Aid qualification.
Strong knowledge of decking systems (ideally Alideck).
Own transport for travel to site.
Proven track record managing construction or refurbishment projects.
Negotiable rate (based on experience & qualifications).
Consistent weekday hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30).
