Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is looking for a detail-driven Estimator to join a growing and supportive team in Runcorn.

• Read enquiries and briefs to identify requirements.

• Review drawings to gather accurate project information.

• Request and follow up on supplier and partner quotes.

• Compare options and produce clear, accurate cost breakdowns.

• Identify potential risks, savings, and unclear details.

• Maintain tidy trackers and meet submission deadlines.

• Hand over final pricing and supporting notes to the team.

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, tidy spreadsheets, basic charts).

• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple live jobs simultaneously.

• Curious, practical mindset and willingness to ask questions to ensure accuracy.
