Are you a results-driven Project Manager with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget?

This is your opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing Engineering Services company and take ownership of varied projects from enquiry through to completion, overseeing everything from estimating and planning to team coordination and client management.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll balance commercial awareness with strong people and organisational skills.

This role will be based at my client’s site in Berkshire.

What you’ll do:

• Take the lead on projects from estimating and planning through to final handover.
• Carry out site visits, prepare accurate quotations, and manage resources.
• Oversee engineers, subcontractors, and workshop/site teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Plan and coordinate materials, plant, and equipment to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and profitability to meet company targets.
• Produce project plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and support growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record in project management with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
• IT proficiency (Word, Excel, and related software).
• Client-focused, adaptable, and confident in managing teams.
• Positive, energetic, and solutions-driven with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
