Project Manager – Digital & EDI Integration

London/Hybrid

FTC (Salary up to £65k)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong EDI integration expertise to lead critical digital transformation projects within a global wholesale and retail environment. This role offers the chance to deliver high-impact initiatives that will shape the future of digital operations across Europe.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will take ownership of several complex and business-critical projects over the next 12 months, including:

• Replacing the current EDI provider across EMEA using new global API-led integrations.
• Implementing a new partner solution for wholesale sell-through data.
• Rolling out B2B e-invoicing compliance across Belgium, France, and Germany.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, this position leads projects end-to-end – from requirements gathering and IT design through to testing, deployment, and change management. It is a highly collaborative, business-facing role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven EDI integration project experience.
• Strong background in project or delivery management, with recognised qualifications such as PMP, Prince2, or CSM ScrumMaster.
• Experience delivering projects that combine IT and business change, ideally within wholesale or retail operations.
• Ability to work across global teams, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and governance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
