Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 DOE

Location: Hertfordshire, UK

Job Type: Permanent

I’m currently supporting a specialist consultancy that partners with leading pharmaceutical companies, and they are looking to appoint a proactive Project Manager to support a key end client. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex pharmaceutical projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects on behalf of the consultancy.
• Act as the main point of contact for the end client, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites to drive project success.
• Manage scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and promote best practice in project management.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Proven project management experience within pharma, biotech, or manufacturing.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships.
• Excellent organisational ability, capable of handling multiple client projects at once.
• Degree in a scientific discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
