About the Role

Reporting to the Projects Lead, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation. We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support a busy team. The Project Manager will contribute to the delivery of client implementations, internal initiatives, and cross-functional projects. Responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from initiation to completion.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with prior project delivery experience who is ready to take ownership across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of implementation and upgrade projects
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope, and timelines
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure resources are aligned
• Track project milestones, schedules, and budgets
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, logs, and meeting records
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as needed
• Organise and lead project meetings and updates with stakeholders
• Work with product and support teams on change requests and post-delivery follow-up
• Ensure adherence to governance standards and service-level agreements

Skills & Experience

Required:

• 2–4 years of project management or coordination experience in a technology-focused environment
• Experience with software or systems implementation projects
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana)
• Experience in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Desirable:

• Experience delivering solutions within client-facing industries
• Familiarity with hardware and software integrations
• Project management certification (e.g., Prince2 Foundation, AgilePM)
• Understanding of networking basics, APIs, and cloud-based platforms
