The Role

The organisation is seeking an experienced Data Project Manager to lead the delivery of data and system integration projects across the business. The role will play a pivotal part in shaping the company’s data landscape, with a strong focus on Azure, Databricks, and enterprise-wide integrations. The successful candidate will collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end delivery of data projects, including platform builds, migrations, and integrations.
• Manages projects leveraging Azure and Databricks platforms, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business goals.
• Coordinates system integration initiatives across CRM, ERP, marketing, and event management platforms.
• Works closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Builds and maintains project governance, including budgets, timelines, and risk management.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, architects, vendors) to drive successful delivery.
• Ensures that data projects support compliance, scalability, and future growth.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of delivering complex data or integration projects, ideally within Azure and Databricks environments.
• Strong understanding of system integration principles and data platform architecture.
• Experience working within structured project methodologies (Agile).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
