Role Purpose


An opportunity to join a global provider of assistance, insurance, and protection services, covering travel, health, home emergencies, and financial risks. They are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate compliance-related projects across the organisation. Reporting to a Programme Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. The role involves working with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver critical initiatives while promoting a strong culture of compliance awareness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee compliance projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners, ensuring accuracy and integrity of project outputs.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct compliance assessments and audits, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Document and report actions, findings, and corrective measures.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring deliverables undergo thorough internal review before submission.
  • Escalate risks or delays appropriately to maintain project momentum.


Skills & Experience

  • Experience delivering compliance projects within the insurance industry.
  • Professional knowledge of regulatory and policy frameworks in which organisations operate.
  • Strong background in managing cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of at least one project methodology (Prince2 or Agile desirable).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and a varied workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Broad understanding of the regulatory environment.


This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days in their office located in South London.
