Structured Cabling Project Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take overall responsibility for delivering structured cabling and telecommunications infrastructure projects for our well established client within the Data Centre space.

This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, managing projects from design development through to production and handover, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the company and clients for design, operational, and financial matters.
• Take ownership of project P&L and ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Produce monthly internal financial reports and supporting project documentation.
• Compile and deliver client-facing project reports and updates.
• Plan and coordinate design, production, resource allocation, supply chain activities, and project handover in line with schedules.
• Oversee contractual and commercial obligations across project teams.
• Provide updates through internal reports and meetings.
• Ensure manufacturer and company warranties are transferred to the contracts team upon completion.
• Take responsibility for Health & Safety and Quality Assurance compliance across all projects.
• Ensure all deliverables meet published Quality Management System requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in telecommunications infrastructure and structured cabling deployments.
• Extensive experience in project planning and execution.
• Flexible and able to travel and work on-site as required by project demands.
• Confident communicator with the ability to produce and deliver presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites and teams simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop project personnel.
• Experience delivering services against formal subcontracts.
• Adaptability to absorb and manage new technologies and applications.
