CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for an Estimator on behalf of our client based in Coppull, PR7 AREA.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
• Evaluate labour, material, and overhead costs to provide comprehensive estimates that align with project requirements.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and identify areas for cost control.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining estimated costs for review by management and clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of costs for materials, labour, and equipment to enhance the accuracy of future estimates.
• Participate in meetings with clients and contractors to discuss estimates and negotiate terms as needed.

Working hours:

Mon - Thurs, 9am - 5pm

Fri, 9am - 2pm

Payrate:£15 per hour
