Your new role
They are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Maintain high standards of quality control.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, ideally within the retail sector.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
