Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of residential and commercial projects. They will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure all quotes and proposals are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and submit detailed quotations and tender documents

• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to clarify project requirements

• Obtain and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers

• Maintain comprehensive records of all estimates and project changes

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in an estimator role within the construction industry

• Roofing sector experience is highly advantageous

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient in estimation tools and Microsoft Office suite
